This video is hands down one of my favorite music videos of all time. I can’t explain it. I just adore it from the somber tone and the spoken words in the start to the odd feeling of something not being right and the freedom of cold sunny country. The story that I created in my head was that somebody was abusing Aly (the creepiest focal points are on her like a predator) and AJ murdered him in a rage to protect her. They kept him buried beneath their greenhouse with innocent flowers and innocent beauty. But it became too dangerous (what with those spotlights that represent to me the questions and whispers around them) so they burnt his body up and put it in that flower pot in their backseat. They ran together and buried the pot.

I love creating backstories for interesting music videos.
